Heart of the Hill
Heart of the Hill offers monthly opportunities for volunteers to go to Washington D.C. and visit with their members of congress to discuss issues around hunger and poverty. Please see side menu for more on Heart of the Hill.
Overseas Trips
Several times a year FRB staff and volunteers travel to visit programs in various countries. If you're interested in traveling overseas please contacts us, and we can provide you with additional information.
Following are the upcoming overseas trips scheduled for 2012.
During the above dates FRB will lead 4 trips, 2 to Guatemala and Nicaragua each, that are designed to be mission focused. If you would like to travel, get your hands dirty and learn about the work FRB is doing first hand, consider one of these trips. Perfect for youth or church groups. This is a regular program visit to the El Salvador-Lolotique program.
This trip may include visits to Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Kenya and Uganda
This trip may include Armenia, the Balkans and countries in the Middle East.
